Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns of websites, printed labels, stickers, pamphlets, business cards, digital designs, logos, product label mock ups or any other product or service on this website that is made custom. This excludes Quick Ship Labels. All custom artwork is approved by proof, by you (the purchaser) before printing or final artworks are delivered. We cannot accept returns of items that have been approved by the client. When you accept and approve parts of your project, or your project as a whole, this means you accept the design quality that we have supplied to you. Approvals for artwork and projects are typically given to our team by you via email or text message. These artwork approvals are stored in your client file.

www.WhiteLabelSource.com is NOT responsible for reprinting resulting from composition or spelling errors. It is your duty to proof your artwork and check for any errors.

We accept returns or exchanges on Quick Ship Labels only. Any return, exchange or refund must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any return or exchange will be inspected before a return, refund or exchange is approved. Any Quick Ship Label item must be in new and unused condition, in all original packaging with no visible marks, defects, wear or otherwise. In some situations you may be required to pay for shipping on your return, typically this is covered by Whitelabelsource.com .

We guarantee the 100% satisfaction of our customers. We guarantee your product is as you wish before printing. We cannot be responsible for products or services that have been approved and proofed.

There may be exceptions to our return policy. Any exceptions must be deemed appropriate by a manager or owner before approval.

SHIPPING:

Ownership of packages turned over to UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by UPS.

INSURANCE:

is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can’t afford to lose. We offer Signature Required delivery options via UPS and upon your request for it, otherwise all orders are shipped WITHOUT signature requirements.


WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

We are responsible for your purchase until it is in possession of UPS. After that, it is out of our control. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by UPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by UPS and insured through UPS. If you require insurance or signature confirmation on your order, you must request this prior to your order being completed and processed.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR SHIPMENT IS LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH UPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses or address changes/updates. Address changes/updates must be sent to us via email and confirmed/acknowledged via return email from a member of our team to be considered valid. If you update your address and your prior address is no longer valid, you must specifically note this in your address update email. Many customers and companies have more than a single address. It is not our duty to “guess” if an address is still deliverable or not. If an address is changed, updated or undeliverable for any reason this must be specifically noted in your address update email. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to UPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the UPS loses the package, misplaces the package, leave’s the package in unknown location or for any other reason.

If your package is returned to us you are responsible for any fee’s to re-ship your order. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE’S TRACKING PROGRESS. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERN WITH THE INFORMATION THE TRACKING IS SHOWING, YOU MUST CONTACT UPS DIRECTLY.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order. We will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR SHIPPERS FEES YOU WILL INCUR OR FOR DELAYS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMS. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU WILL INCUR A CUSTOMS FEE OR NOT. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Jobs Canceled After Proofing Will Be Billed a $60 Order Entry Fee. Jobs NOT APPROVED After 30 Days Will Be Consider Canceled and WILL BE BILLED a $60 Order Entry Fee.

Please also note if your order was customized there will be NO exchanges or refunds after your order is approved. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part.
